Also I think everyone is sleeping on how good of a role player Klay Thompson and Greg Oden can be for me. I loved Thompson on the Nets

it is because he is putting up career numbers in a contract year. he has averaged 20 ppg twice (including this year) and you just handcuffed the shit out of your future.
not to mention he is going into that shitty awkward 2nd max contract point in his career.

How did I handcuff my future? I have 5 starters under the age of 30 coming off a 60 win season. I looked over his career numbers, his TC's, and depth charts. I'm not in love but he's pretty solid and fits a team need for me. I've lacked a rebounding post so bad over the years. If I wasn't in danger of the hard cap and got to keep Chander as opposed to dealing him for Whiteside I'd have another 2 rings. No doubt in my mind those big Washington teams killed me. Now I have some beef and versatility. I'm running an extremely big and inside lineup Leslie, Rose, Monroe, Sullinger, Oden with Whiteside, Green, Thompson off the bench. If need be I can rotate Green or Whiteside into the SL. |

Throughout Sully's career on my team he has scrcely found homself as an option. I always had guys like Parker, Arenas, Deron, Outlaw, Amare, Al Jeff ahead of him.

It's fact. It took you 7 games to beat me with 2 of my best option players hurt. I was up when healthy.
I've said it before, I love your team, you did a tremendous job building it, you're deserving of the championship, but you got lucky getting past me last season.
