So who is the simmer. Maybe one should be the simmer and the other focuses on the drafts, and only sims when the other person can't.

marty plays off being unstable to annoy the fuck out of people. He actually would be a good simmer, because he is active. He will help the league out and we need that right now. But either way, I'm fine with either or. Marty is not a bad guy.
