I am honestly leaning towards a restart now. I think it is an opportunity to gain huge interest in the league (do an application sign up) and get a ton of people to sign up.
The problem at this point, is that we don't have much of a core. Restarting gives us a chance to establish a new core. There are a few guys from NDSL, a few from insane's league who could probably make it here and are active. Combine them with a few others, and the guys here who will be there, we should be able to make a really active league.

I say Restart.
1.) New GM's are coming in and it's going to be tough for the new gm's to get a grip on shit.
2.) It will definitely bring more excitement and energy back into this place. People said they'd quit if we restart. People said they'd quit if we didn't. But most agree it'd bring more activity/interest back.
3.) Once you start a restart thread it's tough to go back. It's already in everyone's minds. Everytime something goes to shit, people are going to be asking for a restart until it actually happens.
4.) I don't care, but restart is preferred. I wouldn't quit over the decision made.
