Anyone and anything can be moved. Rauf, Hu and Gilliam are the hardest to acquire. I'm trying to win now so upgrades at C and SF (or PF, Gilliam can slide to the 3) are ideal. I also have enough depth so if you want Rauf, Hu or Armon, upgrades!
