i have two titles in my fbb history. not sure how that makes me one of the worst, if not the worst. look around and i'm sure you will find many gm's without a title in their fbb history. do your homework buddy. you haven't done anything in leagues where the talent level is far and beyond this. |

What do I need to back-up? I've won a championship in BBS, dominated in 1982(with guys like Will over there), totally re-built that awful Bucks team I acquired in the last UOSLR.
I am not in my CY, have my own picks, and traded for numerous other amounts of picks, I don't see how I'm doing any worse a job than anyone here.
I just don't see how me saying that BBS, NBN, or other leagues GM-talent wise are better than here. If you take offense to that, hire better GMs.

If you want to be in this league, stop talking shit about it. It's pretty simple. I've asked you before to stop. You can take your elitism elsewhere if you want to keep it up. I put way too much fucking work into this league to have a GM in the bottom half of the league constantly talking shit about it.

And with your "superior" talent, shouldn't you have won a title by now? CC, a GM you constantly call terrible, has one along with 3 finals appearances, in your conference nonetheless. CC has done a hell of a job while you've torn apart your bad team to get your picks back. You've got Kidd and a bunch of variables whereas CC has results.
If it's as inferior as you say, then what does that make you?

6 and 7 IMO were the best questions because they lead to such a variety of answers..
6. What is the best part of UOSLR in your opinion? Why?
After reading everyones answers, my 3 reasons would be:
Ashes. He's honestly done a fab job with the league. Sims on time, ratings are excellent, and no problems so far.
And gotta agree with drafts. In past retro leagues that I've been in, the drafts are usually boring because you know what to expect. But for some reason, the draft previews, ratings, and results kick ass here and are always interesting in fun.
And like W said, the UOSL leagues are finally reaching their full potential. I think keeping the same core of GMs over UOSL1,2, and R have really been helpful for this league. And that's the main reason it thrives.
