If your including getting young players and picks in "rebuilding wise" I think I did pretty darn well. I added 3 1st round picks, three of the top rookies in the draft, one of the best 2nd year players and one of the best 3rd year players.
Rookies :
Derrick Coleman PF 23 6'10'' 230 B+ C C A- B B Duane Causwell C 22 7'0'' 240 C+ D+ D+ A- C+ B Kendall Gill SG 22 6'5'' 195 B- C C+ B C B
2nd year
Mookie Blaylock PG 23 6'0'' 180 B- C B+ B+ D+ B
3rd year
Hersey Hawkins SG 24 6'3'' 190 B- A- C+ A- D+ C

eh, my list wasn't used for my 3rd round pick, so that kinda screwed up my draft.
Other then that, pretty good for me.

Funny how all the teams that got multiple votes are in the worst possible position. Either late lotto teams or low seeded playoff teams.
