We should definitely implement the skip rule for this and future drafts. No auto picking until the end of the first round at least, i.e. if someone hasn't picked and we're ready to move on, the next person gets to pick, and if the original person still hasn't picked by the end of the round, or the draft, THEN the pick is auto'd.

Its great for the short term, but if a Gm is inactive enough to not send a list, they could be in danger of losing their team. then we get a new Gm that has nothing to work with. Best scenario is picking for the team, maybe not the BPA but a solid pick. At least that gives the team something to work with.

Like, could you imagine if I skipped Maniac right here? I have like the next 5 teams' lists. Maniac would be screwed and he'd flip!

OK I get what you're saying, but people should be sending lists. Sure, it's short notice to implement it this season then, but going forward I don't think it's a bad idea. You either send a list, or get skipped. (Bearing in mind time limits of course, I'm not just saying skip if there's no list).

I guess Maniac was frustrated his pick dropped, but really should've sent a list. I think I have lists from the next five teams after him.
12:30 - 1 PM is when I'll pick for him
