Love it for both. Spencer gets a first and a nice young prospect, Marko Milic.
Bucks get bigman inside who will do the dirty work.

I think Milic is going to be a beast scorer but he has a few flaws no matter where he plays. I don't like having guys with worse than C handles and he has D+. He has C- rebounding and his defense isn't really a factor either. He is a beast inside scorer though and he was in the dunk contest so we know he has some ups. It should be interesting to see how he turns out.
Ratliff was too good to pass up for a guy who wasn't seeing time for me. I get a young premier defender inside who compliments Mcdyess very well. I don't need him to score but rather block shots and rebound. He should be able to do this better than my giant who's contract is now expendible to perhaps focus on something else.

I actually hate this deal for Charlotte. Seems like an absolute steal for Milwaukee. I thought Ratliff held way better value than this.
