I am a political science minor, so I have to be interested in it. Yea but nothing ever changes in politics no matter which party is in power. Things do change, but only if a party holds 2 of the 3 branches. Now with the democrats having the executive and the legislative branch, they are trying to push their agenda. When you have 2 parties each holding different branches (aka Bush and the democratic congress), nothing happens. And when nothing happens people blame the president because he is the central figure of government. |

Whats sad is I am not even a republican. I don't agree with their stances on education. I have some conservative beliefs, but conservatism and republicanism are no longer the same.
