You have to admit though, the Oregon player's apology was an absolute joke. it was his own choice and not rehearsed. most players taht do something stupid wait for the team to tell them to apologize and then have someone write it for you. he did it on his own right after the incident and it came straight from him. And it was an absolute joke.

Agree with this completely. The fact that it was nationally televised obviously made them overreact quicker. What Blount did was bad, but we've seen people take cheap shots at players in games. Albert Haynesworth, who just received the biggest FA contract ever for a lineman, tried to step on A. Gurode's face a year or two back. With cleats. Instead of giving the kid a chance to redeem himself, they quickly absolved themselves of him and effectively put a huge barricade in his chances of becoming a professional football player. So yeah, one mistake cripples his future... thats ridiculous. Oregon should be ashamed of the way they treated Garrett.

Should be higher, USC was ranked #4 with one loss to a shit team, and less impressive wins than us. We lose to a top 7 team by 11, and beat 3 top 20 teams, yet we are ranked only #8, LOL but whatever. Anyway, if ducks make the rose bowl, I'll be happy. Take care of business against Stanford, and we are looking really good.

Chances are Oregon doesn't move anywhere higher than #8 until the bowl games.

Iowa, northern iowa shoulda beat them, and they wouldnt be even in our conversations. Don't worry though, cuz tOSU will poop on them. We should be #6. Florida,Texas,Alabama,Cincinnati,TCU,Oregon

Oregon being over Boise St. would be a joke on pure principle. They are undefeated with your one loss being to them. lmao how could you be higher than them? Basically you need Iowa to lose, because every other team will go undefeated most likely other than Florida or Alabama, and whichever loses will still be higher than Oregon.

Ya USC beat OSU when they were ranked like 5? So we beat Cal when they were ranked 6? Oh not beated, SHITTED ON. So whats the different between us an USC? Nothing except they had lost to a shit ass team, while we lost to a very solid team. And we will pass BSU if we keep winning, so your opinion doesn't matter LOL.

Lol it's not like USC didn't beat the shit out of Cal too. And passing Boise St. is debatable. Only thing Oregon leads is in Computer polls, everything else is up to voters who will all remember who Oregon lost to.

cal was never really a legit #6 imo, they struggled against minnesota like rite b4 oregon rocked them. I think it was just a product of people ahead of them losing. but...
u can say the same thing about osu

And it's not that crucial, I really don't care about Oregon other than they beat USC.
