4. If idle is on the clock and he signs on, he has 2 minutes to pick.

lolol at idle....maybe idle should have the skip rule, but only him if he is on and doesn't pick while on the clock.

Yeah I think we should introduce the skip rule. To avoid being totally screwed over, say after 5 picks have gone, if you haven't picked or sent a list, THEN you get auto'd.

Eh, no point in skipping, if they don't want to send a list, they'll get auto'd, which from now on will be referred to as the "Idle Rule."
