I started to omitted that from the formula when I realized that it didn't make a huge difference after a few tests (I've done these in other leagues). I'm not clear on whether or not pace is simply the amount of FGAs per game or the amount of possessions, so I don't use it. FGA =/= possessions in literal terms, unless I'm mistaken No your right FGA does not = # of possesions...you have to add in FT's and Turnovers to get close, typically just half the Free Throws Attempted and its close enough, then Turnovers too....FBB doesn't tell you offensive rebounds, so you really can't do that one, but taking away like 8 possessions on average would be close.
