Of course what I offered you was much worse than this deal but you are an already bottom lotto team. You traded for a poor-man Fields in Turkogolu and got two shitty draft picks. You could have gotten much more for Fields. |

where no where near the trade deadline how could you even begin to assume you would not have gotten better value then this?
I know for a fact you didn't go out to sell him more and almost positive ducky came to you with that offer not the other way around.
You might like this deal but it still does not change the fact you got terrible value for Fields and tack on the fact you were better off keeping him for next season.

I like this deal for Indiana a lot. Hedo turned out to be better than I originally anticipated and he got two first round picks which could or could not be pretty good. Either way Fields wasn't going to help Indiana's long term plan.

Hedo is pretty good. I was a little hesitant to deal for him, but Fields is very similar with a year or two more advance than Turks.
