To be honest, I'm not sure he's really ready for a team after this. This isn't like trading for Paul Pierce or Baron Davis on name value kind of bad, it's really not thinking shit through with your pick situation bad.
You can't talk trade TD for your picks back, then say, oh wait I'll do this other deal with Duncan and Wallace then I'll get my picks back for Joe Smith. Lol, no, that doesn't work. You get your picks back first, no matter what, then you build your team. You CANNOT build a team from the ground up without your 1sts, no way.

We were talking trade and I said I didnt want to do anything until the offseason. Wanted to see whre I landed in the lotto. I offered his picks, + 3 03 1sts and the Knicks 04 1st. It was an awesome offer. Essentially the same amount of picks he got, except they included his own.

What is bad is now he doesn't have his picks. He also has no hope of getting his picks either with the players he current has. He is stuck with 2 big contract guys who are old and none of his picks.
