JDA Dijon has agreed to release Yakhouba Diawara to the states if the remainder of his contract is bought out in full for the season. Diawara has 5 years left on his deal at 3 Mil per. The Nets may bring him over whenever they want during that time span, but must pay the contract in full. IE: if brought over this year, a 15 Mil cut salary would be placed on the roster. If next year, 12 mil, year after 9 mil, and so forth.
KK Cibona will require Planinic to still fulfill his obligations to the squad for the remainder of his contract, but will allow him to play in UOSLR after the Euro-season each year. Planinic will be able to join the Suns on Day 70 if the Suns pay half of his contract up front, then split the costs the remaining years. A 12.5 Mil cut salary would be placed for this year, then 2.15 Mil for the next 3 years each year.
