In fact, I need to apply that, I think it'll be his 05, blazers 06, his 07 does that mean Blazers won't be able to reacquire their 06? |

The Blazers can re-acquire it for a bit, I guess, but really, tmac's penalty was 3 next 1st rounders at my discretion, as is any HC penalty, so since he now finally has 3 1sts available to forfeit, it would seem only fair to forfeit those three.

I mean, it seems unfair to leave it available for tmac to just trade as he wants and hold it for value, because how is that a penalty? Whether or not it's fair to zyme isn't even relevant, because zyme had nothing to do with those picks. If it hurts his franchise, I can extend his CY period, but he has no business trying to tank if he has yet to acquire his pick.

Thing is though, that Portland Franchise is OLD......and, the Chauncey injury two years ago was a freak deal, I wouldn't have been lotto had that not happened, there are occasions where a team tanks unintentionally...or they just suck (Jazz.....)
