i thought you get 4 years to make po's... well before this season Indy had 3 straight lotto seasons and they weren't in their cy this season. If you get to 40 wins, it resets also. Maybe indy got to 40 wins and didn't make playoffs |

4 years of not making 40 wins or po's = cy is the 5th year
