isn't it about the final vote though? no its final when you hit 15, otherwise it could change at any time really. |

Once the vote reaches 15 or over, whenever the GM posts to claim his upgrade is when the decision is final. It was 8 to 7 when I posted, so I get +5.
Sheesh next time I'll have to take a snapshot so some of you don't cry. Ashes never did this, what a jerk..
