Ok, well, based on your numbers, I would easily put him ahead of Jason Terry, and Deron Williams, I mean you claimed you took age ratings and impact into account, well, there is a reason he was first team all league PG last year, and not sixth...based on this years performance, which is only seven games, sure he may not be better than the top 3, but I certainly wouldn't trade him for any of them, but he is still 24, his ratings are really nice, as is his performance, he minimizes the tturnovers, and gets a lot of assists, while scoring well.

Terry was probably debate able, he's the only guy i'd consider putting him over. Deron is already better and has a better future....

Deron is averaging 5 assists as a PG...that ain't good, meanwhile Deshawn is averaging 9.3 assists and 19.9 points, and is only two years older. sure, Deron can score, but so can Deshawn, its just Vince Carter kinda can too. Deshawn got Better in TC as well.....going from an A- to an A outside,

Ok, deshawn might be better right now, but when evaluating each player, i asked myself, who would i rather have, for now and the future. I picked Deron over Deshawn...

Stevenson also plays 6 more minutes and 6 fewer points

I picked Deron over Deshawn... and Jason Terry too, and Allen Iverson, and Bibby and Hughes ehh?..... fine, Deshawn is starting this season slow, but to base this article on players performaces to start this year, considering the small sample size would be pushing it. not to mention it was clear that Deshawn was the best PG in the league last year by the end, only player who averaged 20 points and 10 assists, and he put up 24 points with those ten assists.

Everyone elses numbers were just overwhelmingly better than Deshawns...

Terry killed in po's. Iverson has been in the league forever, so you can't say i only based it off this year. Out of the top 5..i'd only take larry and deron over deshawn...but that's not all i based it on.

Styro, I love the article but its too early in the season to be ranking these players...A lot of these guys numbers will go down...One sim doesn't really show anything for stats and thats where it seems your opinion came from.
Stevenson is the best PG in the league and thats a FACT.

Deshawn has played one season at PG, and he was far and away the best in the league, so if you are taking the past into account he would obviously have to be up there...
