West scenario:
Dallas will be seeded: • #2 if Mavericks win OR Jazz lose. • #3 if Mavericks lose and Jazz wins.
Denver will be seeded: • #4 if Suns beat the Jazz. • #5 if Jazz beat the Suns.
Utah will be seeded: • #2 if Jazz wins and Mavericks lose. • #3 if Jazz wins and Mavericks win. • #5 if Jazz loses to the Suns.
Phoenix will be seeded: • #3 if Suns beat the Jazz • #4 if Suns lose to the Jazz
Portland will be seeded: • #6 if Blazers win OR Spurs lose • #7 if Blazers lose and Spurs win
Spurs will be seeded: • #6 if Blazers lose and Spurs win • #7 if Blazers win OR Spurs lose
Hmm. I hope Blazers play the mavs.

LA is either going to lose in the first round or win the ship, that's how inconsistent this fucking team is. If they turn on this imaginary switch right now, it's over. Highly doubtful though.

I'd be fine with either Phoenix or Dallas for Portland, but please no Utah. We would get smashed by them.

I think any team will smash Portland if Roy's done for the year

The only teams that have a chance at the title are Cleveland, Orlando, and Los Angeles. Everyone else is just there. Dallas if suddenly everything goes right, but I'd bet my life they won't.

I think any team will smash Portland if Roy's done for the year Eh we beat the Lakers and Thunder without Roy. And we were @la for that win. Plus, Andre Miller scored 52 against Dallas in a win over them. If we play Dallas, I think we have an outside shot.

If LA gets knocked out, and Magic make it to the finals, there are like 5 other western conference teams I'd predict to beat the Magic.

Teague went crazy when given starter minutes. Hawks play the Bucks. Maybe Teague will get some minutes since Bibby can't stop anyone.

Suns, Blazers, Thunder simply have no shot in hell at a title. San Antonio isn't good enough in my opinion, they get a lot of respect for winning titles years ago. Not to mention they are banged up, as usual. The Nuggets can really only win when they are scoring a ton of points, and they've slipped without Karl. With Karl, they blow close games with terrible execution down the stretch. They just don't exectue. The Mavs need Brenden Haywood to start playing well again. They finished the season strong, and I wouldn't be completely surprised if they somehow magically made the Finals, but I don't see them beating Cleveland or Orlando. Well, I wouldn't bet on it. This is the only West team other than the Lakers that I think you can add to the conversation of contender.

lol over 7 games Portland wouldn't stand a chance without Roy Well we won in phoenix this year without Roy. And we hold a 2-1 edge over the Suns overall. It'll be tough without Roy, but we'll see.
