Overview - Bucks reached to grab Monroe at 2. I thought Sullinger or Aminu would have been a better selection here. I'm also pretty shocked that the Bucks passed on Larry Sanders, Willie Warren and Patrick Patterson at picks 20 and 21. Dominique Jones was a pretty solid selection but Terrance Williams plays the same position. De'Sean Butler was one of the better players avaiable in the 2nd round.

Overview- Seattle addressed their frontcourt needs in this draft. Sullinger should come in and contribute immedieatly. Pretty solid draft all around. GET ACTIVE CHIPPER!!

26-Charlotte Hornets - Elliot Williams SG 6'4'' 180 21 B- C+ C- C+ D+ B

1- Charlotte Hornets- Stanley Robinson SF 6'8'' 220 22 B C- D B C+ C

Overview - Hornets reached for George at 4 with Aminu on the board. But they made up for it by using George to acquire Paul Millsap. Elliot Williams was a solid late first round pick and I love the Stanley Robinson selection in the 2nd.

Overview - Aminu slipped right into the Pistons hand at 5. Can't ask for anything better then that. Varnado will come in help the Pistons on D right away.

Overview - Kings needed help up front and Whiteside should be the answer for their problems. With their second first round pick they went with Jan Vesely. I feel Teague or Bledsoe would have been a better option.

New Jersey Nets

28-New Jersey Nets - Patrick Patterson PF 6'9'' 235 21 B- D D C+ B- B

Overview - I would have preferred Wesley Johnson here for the Nets but Henry was the top ranked shooting guard in the draft. Patrick Patterson was an excellent selection at 28..He should have went a lot earlier.

Dallas Mavericks

Overview - Udoh could start right away in Dallas. He has a UOSLR ready body.

Its interesting to read some of your feed back. I hemmed and hawed over a few guys with 20 and 21 but ultimately was rushed to pick because Jedi backed out of a trade last minute and tmac backed out even more last minute.

I ultimately saw Sullinger as another Eddy Curry or Carlos Boozer. It's just not my style of player. I'll give Monroe a ton of attention and hopefully make him into a beast.

I was trying to trade down. I think we should really look into lotto picks possibly not being in the 15 min rule. It was impossible to trade my pick in that time let alone the 30 min I took.

I don't know Aminu is meh. I just don't like him in real life. I always try and create identity with my teams and I think Monroe fits the bill of what I was looking for. Sullinger had too many things not going for him but the B+ inside is sexy however so does Brandon Wright and he blows.
