So if Penny doesn't get picked #2, he goes off the list? so you can't draft him and retain his draft rights?

*Hardaway has stated that he will be throwing his name into the UOSLR Draft; however, he will not be signing an agent and will return to college if he is not drafted with pick #1 or #2. nice |

I like it too. I'm probably getting pick 4 or 5, because I have pick 2 projected, but if I ended up with pick 2, I'd most likely pick Webber. Though Penny is intriguing.
