Kid backed out of a deal HE purposed. It's evident in the trade block thread. I told him to post:
Wagner for Francis/Hill/Rudy/Marvin (The last 3 were the players he wanted, Francis was a filler)
He tried to pull a quick one and added in a 1st on my part to make it as if I was the one scramming him and not the other way around... low... right? Lol, yeah.
FUNNY THING IS! I DON'T HAVE MY FIRST! That's where he fucked up hard. If it was me scramming, I would have my rights to the first, but I don't. Clear evidence this idiot tries to pull a quick one on me and my already hated image (Which I don't mind, I'm fond of getting under the skin of people)

clearly i dont like the guy ... but trades are normally agreed to via PM. not in trade blocks where it is more likely discussion. those threads are not 100% clear that approval was actually given. thats why trades should never be posted until a GM has replied to a PM to accept a trade

They are *NORMALLY* agreed to via PM. But in this case, every post points towards acceptance on his part. He came up with the offer, and then he later confirmed by saying: deal or no deal, in which I said deal. Is it my fault he decided to not post after that? No. It's on his part to confirm/reject. Not to mention I was on shoutbox messaging him multiple times about the deal in which he said nothing.
I told him to post if he wanted to do the deal, he tried to slip in the pick. Fail on his part.

It does seem like he tried to pull a fast one. I doubt this poll even makes an impact on whether he gets fired or not, but fired it is.

Why can't you? Is it obscene to accept a deal that has been posted on the block when both sides have accepted? C'mon son. A trade is a trade, a LOT of deals can be posted through trade blocks. Fuck outta here with that bull shit.

a trade is a trade, indeed, and apparently this wasn't a trade, because it wasn't formally agreed to

It was, though. Both sides confirmed that it was a "deal".
He asked: Deal or no deal (stating that he WANTS to do the deal, if you want to argue otherwise, than you are fucking retarded, no doubt about it)
I confirmed and said, yeah deal. The only reason this wasn't up "two days ago" was because of FA filler.
