yes, but why can't people get more than three IT's anyway...to prevent ratings inflation no? so then getting a 0 really affects well nothing...its just as if I didn't get an IT that year....it still sucks but it isn't murder, players still can't get more than three in this case, and look at it, to this point, only 6 players would have benefited from this rule...David West who got two 0's, Dikembe Mutumbo, Harold Minor, Tim Duncan, Chris Paul, Sam Cassell people have bad training camps in real life... that's what training camps are for.. not everyone should improve be happy you got a +0 and not a -1. Sucks? Yeah but makes no sense why have a +0 at all if it's just going to be a freebie? The numbers should only be 1-5 if 0 "doesn't even count." Which is retarded. this isn't Training Camp...this is hiring a coach to individually train the guy in something...want to make it realistic? make it so if you get a 0, it doesn't count against the guy, but you also can't train that category again in IT

No matter what its not going to be realistic to life. This is meant to reward GMs for being active in the league and generally if you're paying individual attention to a player he should improve at the very least marginally (+1)

I just hate using an IT on a stud player and it results in +1-2 then he only has 2 more left in his career. It's kind of whack I want to improve them with +5.

by the way Marty, ashes had changed the rules quietly on IT's taking out the -1
So how does this work? GMs can select one player from their team to go into intensive training IT). I will use a random number generator to determine how much the rating will improve by. There is a small risk that the player might actually get worse in this category. The random number will be between 0 and plus 5. A player can only receive the intense training three times during their career. You can mix and match which category the player trains in during his career.
