I'm done with this....all bullshit. I can't believe how the rules bend for some people. Ducky clearly posts in my DC thread to post a new DC and I do it within 24 hours yet he lets Marty slide for a whole season. A. I only did that to get back at you for complaining earlier. B. I honestly hadn't noticed Marty was sliding like that, and I've stated that will not happen in the future. |

This makes the league, Ducky, and Play look really weak. Everyone just bent over for Marty. What else do you want me to do? I've addressed both the problems you brought up. Not posting a DC after transactions - I'll give a GM one sim, then I'll punish him if he still hasn't posted a DC. Trades that don't work - I won't finish trades for people if there is a cut or vet fa missing. Technically, Marty did nothing ILLEGAL, so how can I punish him. Both cases were my fault, so I should be punished. It won't happen in the future, and that's really all I can offer at this point. |

The DC thing was Ducky's fault and like I said you follow Marty around the boards like hes a fucking 16 year old girl so you should have said something a few days ago about his DC. |

so we proved 3 things:
1) I was over the Hard Cap because I signed a VET FA I never agreed to, as the text mesage above shows I did agree to Crawford being the 1mill expiring, I had no idea the trade had been processed without him nor did I know I was over HC until Kobe pointed it out
2)I didn't make a DC because I was never told to... I've generally done this in most leagues where my intentions were to be a lottery team(God forbid I mention the word tanking) I'll make one or two DCs in the season and never make a DC again even after trade I've done it in BBS numerous times and I've done it here numerous times. I don't see the big deal behind it... which brings me to my final point
3) It wasn't even a CPU'ed DC, it's always the commish DC's because like Play mentioned FBB makes you change your DC after trades. Ducky's DC was actually much better than my own DC which is why I lost horridly towards the end.
Anyways Krupbitchski needs to get his dildo out of his ass and just quit because he's really fucking annoying.

by the way ... i would have had no proble with the Crawford instead of a vet. I was just trying to make the deal work. If you want to retroactively change that, i dont have a problem
