TMaczzzzzzZzz, you have no idea. I don't know what was written, but you can easily take someone to court over defamation over the internet. As I said, I have a very close friend who was taken to court for this exact reason.

As I said, I have a very close friend who was taken to court for this exact reason. Trust me, I do know. Although unacceptable ethically, everything that marty has said has no chance of even getting to court. From what I have seen in his articles and everywhere else. If he sent PM's to him and said things to Kru that we haven't seen, that may be a different story. I do agree that defamation over the internet is taken seriously by the law, but in this case, not happening now or ever. |

I thought the exact same thing until my mate was taken to court... First of all, what was said must have been much different then what was said here. Second, he took him to court, but did he win? I'm assuming no, so what did the guy that took him to court gain? Nothing, he lost money hiring lawyers(Still assuming) |

He saw a lawyer (who incidentally, was a friend) who advised him to remove EVERYTHING about the situation/incident. He was then confronted by the police and the 'other' person for weeks after. It was bigger than you think, TmaczzZzzz.

I don't find it fun. I find it hurtful and misrepresenting. Should I start posting pictures of your mom calling her a whore etc. and blast her name all over here? So when her clients google her name that pops up? Would that be in good fun? TmaczzzzZzzzzZ, if this happened, the police would not 'laugh in her face', I can guarantee you that. I understand what you're saying, but it's not a simple matter anymore. I thought it was just the internet as well before I went through it second-hand. I'll explain what happened one day because it's brilliant, but it got people in trouble. |

The worst thing that marty has done is change his board name to closely represents Kru's last name. Unless Kru is holding back something, there's no way you mention this in the same sentence as other legal issues. |
