Ducky didn't allow someone to forfeit a 1st a few seasons ago. It's been the rule here. Why would it change?

I beleive that ashes allowed somebodyto forfeit their pick due to the HC, but I also do not believe you can straight forfeit a pick, SPurs shouold still be able to trade the rights though to their pick to anybody

and it is realistic, you do not have to sign a contract with a first round pick...if you do its guaranteed, but you don't have to
