I'm not bitching about it. You're already under after your trades so its irrelevant however to say you get an extra day because no "admin" posted its pretty bogus. Don't take it personal Trunks it has nothing to do with you.

I got posted at 12:30 AM last night.. or 3 AM Eastern time. and it is now 14 hours past but in fairness, it HAS ALWAYS BEEN LIKE THIS. I've seen so many teams go over the hard cap at FA day 1 and a day or two later the admin will post about a team going over hardcap. but i didn't see u bitching or moaning back then. word

Ducky should have checked...and the time stars when an admin posts it..Its been like that and won't change. Seriously not only has it always been done this way, but every sim has done it like this, I dunno what krup is saying..

He went over the cap at the end of Day 1 free agency. Thats when he was over the hard cap.
We wait over 16 hours later to decide to post it to make it official despite him having a trade block up immediately indicating he was over the cap. Thats weird.
So basically its ok to be over the hard cap until someone notices?

So yes, once someone posts a GM is over hard cap, that's generally when the timing starts. That's how it's always been done. When I went over the hard cap in NBN, nobody noticed, and I actually posted like 8 hours after I went over, and I had 48 hours from the moment I posted. That's how it's always been done, don't know why you're bitching about it.

I think the best rule of thumb would be whenever the sim prior to the GM going over the hard cap is the time they have until. There is no debate or room for interpretation there. Thats the fairest way of doing things.

That is the most just way possible lol. There is no arguing that method. Everything is documented. Black and white.
