No more IT's after this season...The new system will consist of:
-Every 100 posts equals a +1
-You can use your Reward Points in increments of +3, +4, and +5.
-Players cannot be upgraded more then 2 times, and only once in any category.
-No age limit.
-You cannot upgrade someone over 85 in an category.

Previous IT's do count!
I already rounded everyones post count up and posted the amount you currently have in your team thread.
