+4 is still nice. A +8 total for a player is likely more than you would have gotten if you IT'ed them 3 times unless you were very lucky. actually on average one would get 7.5 over the three IT's |

when you get 300 posts you get a +3...you can choose to use said +3 instantly, or get to 400 posts, where it becomes a +4, which you can use, or wait until you get tto 500 posts when it becomes a +5....a +5 is the highest it can become........once you use a +whatever....your post count resets to 0 and you count again....
