so because someone doesn't know the rules he gets a free pass? I don't care if this was Jah, Play, or fucking donatello it makes no difference rules are rules.. Rules are Rules BUT Spencer gave you an extra year in BBS Did you object? Rules are rules though right? he gave me an extra year same way he gives everyone else an extra year when the team they acquire is complete shit and I made the playoffs regardless of the extra year so I basically had no advantage over anyone else |

I still don't know what the bad info is....The 41 win rule was made during the playoffs of the season I won 40 games.....I posted the link and I double checked with the admins to make sure I was good for that season. The rule was 40 previously.

A 3-4 CY system will be used. You will have to get 42 wins or the playoffs to reset your CY. Starting with the 2011 season, if you reset your CY you will be placed on the 3-4 system. Everyone else will be on the 4-5 system until they reset their CY. For example, if you make the playoffs during the 2011-2012 season, you will be on the 3-4 CY system for every year after that. If you fail to make the playoffs during the 2011-2012 season, you will be on the 4-5 scale until you make the playoffs. This was actually a really good idea, and the majority that voted for the 3-4 system, voted for this one. So this is the one that will be implemented. May 12, 2010 2011 playoffs were simmed in June not May(when the rule was implemented) so yeah the rule was made a good month before 2011 playoffs even started. |

that changes absolutely nothing other than a vote to see how many wins were needed to make avoid CY. Whether it was 41 or 42 you still failed and the rule was still there. |

I still don't see your point. The new CY rule made in May before the 2011 playoffs was 42 or playoffs. You did neither. Then ducky being the indecisive person he is saw apparently 2 or 3 people complaining about the amount of wins needed and made a poll. The poll as seen above was always in favor of 42 wins... again being the indecisive person that he is changed it to 41 for whatever weird reason when clearly the majority of the league ruled in favor of 42. There was never at any point and time where the new CY was going to be reverted back to 40 wins. Ducky made it a much bigger deal than it needed to be. Again the original rule was made before the 2010 season started and that poll or ducky's indecisiveness no way shape or form affected your outcome in 2011. |
