I really like Kabongo's Game, hhe will never have a three point shot, which could definitely hinder him overall, He needs some work done, and Harrow should probably have more value to a rebuilding team. That Jones offer+ the Picks is an easy yes. if your Memphis, and if you love Kabongo so much, offer up Harrow and Jones....
