I've made the point pretty clear. If I design a guy with something like 80-90 handles as a rookie, and he's meant to be a SF or SG, then there is a chance he'll be restricted from playing PG, depending on the actual quality of player (If he's like C C+ C C C C, who cares).
Sometimes I design a PG like ACP, who is meant to have high handles, but he clearly has his deficiencies in other categories. It's about balance.
We get that you're angry. Sorry. From now on I'll just say, "Hey, he can't play PG."
