The worst part about it was tmac could have gotten under again, but it's like he felt entitled to the time being reset. Instead of just doing what needed to be done, it seemed like he shut down and chose to bitch about it. I've pointed out the rules, how they were assessed and enforced. I also pointed out if and when tmac was re-hired the HC penalty would be enforced. He's fortunate enough to have inherited a team with enough talent to endure the penalty.
What's in the past is in the past, but that situation was handled poorly, and the entire league agrees. Tmac has matured enough as a GM, and I have no problems with him. Otherwise, I'd not have let him back.

Nice job answering the question nothing happens if you get under the HC and are under the HC at the 48 hour mark, however, if you go under, then back over before the original 48 hours is up, and are over when the 48 hours are up, its as if you never went under |

K that was my question because usually when someone gets under you usually post in the thread right away that he's under instead of waiting the 48 hours.

I do, because I am indicating he's under. But if he were to go over again in a 48 hr span, I'd reverse that.
Your case just happened to not give me a chance to post in the thread since it was literally the same sim. It was like I put in your trade, sim FA day, bam back over.
