Strengths:[/u] Fleming is a good shooter from anywhere on the court. He has the ability to get into the lane and draw fouls, but struggles with finishing. He loves to play the passing lanes. He is also capable of keeping his man from getting to the basket and getting his teammates down low in foul trouble. He is lightning quick and never seems to run out of energy. He has decent strength for a guard. He loves to pass out of double teams, but also loves to jack up quick shots.
Weaknesses:[/u] Fleming has been a PG his whole life until he went to Georgia, where he's played SG for the past two years. He seems to have become used to creating for himself rather than his teammates. He needs to take care of the ball better, but he's improving. He is an average athlete, at best. Poor rebounder for his size.
Scout's Take:[/u] Fleming has been dazzling crowds since he was 10 years old. He's lived up to the hype each level he's progressed to, so there is no reason not to believe he'll continue to meet and exceed all the expectations. Another top contender for the #1 selection.
