I almost want to like NOT start for a month, and try to get some draft files done ahead of time but keep them discreet until we get to the year they should be released. It'd take a lot of pressure of draft makers so we don't have to always be racing against time.
Plus if we do retro, then we definitely can get ahead of draft files, because we should mostly already know what they'll look like.

If we start in the 80's, alot of files can just be downloaded from that site and overhauled. it makes life a lot easier with all the players created for you.

Would you vary the years certain players came into the league? so GMs couldnt plan for a when a certain player enters the league?
