After failing to 2 peat, the Warriors have gone fishing. I got the chance to meet the former defending champs during a live fishing show on ESPN. We spoke with the Warriors starting center, Brad Daugherty.
Q: Hey Brad. Glad we have you for this interview. So why did you folks decide to go fishing after the season?
BD: Well man, I was hungry. After 82 games, my stomach was talking to me..SO we all decided to eat some fish. Just look around. We have bass, tuna, salmon, anything bro. Hell, I'm about to grab some fish now.
"Hey John! Save me some tuna!"
Q: Alright. Well since Brad is starving, we spoke with Magic Johnson.
MG: What's up brah...
Q: So how do you sum up your season?
MG: Well brah...we didn't do as well as last year when I..we won the title. We're just tired right now. I'm old man. Just look at me. I'm turning 35 next year. My legs are killing me and I'm starving, peace.
Q: Alright...well I guess MG is done...so...lets talk with Tyrone Corbin.
TC: Sup bro.
Q: Hey Ty. Well Magic didn't really answer my question so I'm gonna ask you. How do you sum up the season you guys had?
TC: Oooh man. It was a great year. We just had fun man. I just couldn't stop MJ at the end. The dude killed me on the floor. I just couldn't stop him. He was just too good. I mean...we will try again next season. That is all I can really say.
Q: Thanks Ty. Now I have one more..
TC: Sorry man, but I am starving.
Q: Oh haha ok man. Now we're gonna meet Dennis Rodman..who should be around...what..in..the hell..
DR: Hey You!
Q: Hey Dennis. How's your day going so far?
DR: It's great man. I'm loving the weather down here. But this is my last meal with these fellas before I head to New York. Imma miss these guys..
