Strengths:[/u] Very powerful PG. Can deliver a mean shoulder-check, if necessary. Clutch outside shooter that has a nice jump shot and solid three pointer. Incredibly smart with the ball. Doesn't turn it over very often. Very pesky man-defender. Will give any PG trouble. Solid quickness and plenty of strength.
Weaknesses:[/u] Not going to get to the rim very often. Isn't a high-assist guy at all. Poor rebounder for even a PG. On the slower end of PGs in the league.
Scout's Take:[/u] Fisher won't ever be a great passer, but he should earn a starting spot in the future. Great shooting and excellent defense will be his calling card combined with efficiency. Expect him to go mid-1st.
