Ashes's reasoning seems fair. Agreed

so your not the retard/dumbass (that can't type in english) gm from ndsl? I can type in English perfectly fine, I wont try to be ostentatious by providing you guys with flawless grammar but some people here may no me from another league called NASL. I believe Ashes was also in that league and I had done a decent job with that team. I am in both, and they are two different people. I even accidentally invited the other Arroyo to a playoff chat that he ended up telling me he wasn't in. XD

Arroyo seems like he has done a good job so far, I think he should keep them for a little longer then one year(if they don't make playoffs).

It's not about you being incapable if you don't win 40 or make the playoffs. There were other people waiting in line, especially since the Bucks were in their contract year. It's completely unfair to have you bypass the Waiting List just because w gave you control of his team in the contract year. If you make it, you can stay. If you don't, you'll be bumped to the Waiting List. I think that's perfectly fair and understandable. I think it would be better to give the Bucks to someone else. He was given the team while W was settling some things. I think that as soon as W stepped down as the GM of the Bucks, that it should have been given to the more qualified people on the waiting list who have waited for a team for a while now.

um he WANTS to be here and this league needs GMs who want to be here and be active. why are we trying to be tools and get someone else in instead of him?

I think arroyo has great intentions but he is still a little green behind the ears. I think he'll eventually figure things out and its not like he has done a bad job but he hasn't exactly done a great job. W seemed like he had a real good thing going on and Arroyo didn't exactly follow through with everything before making moves.

If W kept on his same path he would have been booted out of the league for not making the playoffs. It's obvious you wanted to bear the fruits of his draft picks by taking over the team.

Why is this argument even still going? I said what's going to happen and that's that.

If I had the team I would have kept his draft picks and made the playoffs. Look at the conference. The 2nd best team is 3 games above .500. This isn't rocket science. Why would you give up 4 firsts for Kemp when you could go address a need and hit up the Pistons and see what they want for 33 yr old Stockton or even a cheaper quick fix see what the Lakers want for Greg Anthony.

Why would you give up 4 firsts for Kemp when you could go address a need and hit up the Pistons and see what they want for 33 yr old Stockton or even a cheaper quick fix see what the Lakers want for Greg Anthony. The conference is much harder than it seems, the reason why both conferences have under .500 teams was because the Hornets and Grizzlies are likely to win 70+ games and considering I've yet to play either of them at the time and had a rather easy schedule. It would have been pretty close. As for getting Stockton or any other player in the league you want to mention, teams without draft picks (like the Pistons and Cavs) were reluctant to make moves that would send them into rebuilding without their pick. But you probably didn't figure that into your calculation did you?

You would have gotten to forty without losing all those great picks. And if you would have waited until around the trade deadline, i'm sure you could have gotten much more back for those firsts if it looked like you needed a boost.
