I don't see how you can defend getting Kemp and trading away really nice future firsts. Even if you have another plan in the works or are trying you you still took 2 steps back to take 1 step forward which is a skillz like move.
You've improved your team like I said in terms of current roster talent but you've emptied your well, handcuffed yourself financially, and have neglected to notice team needs and minute management.
So in terms of GM'ing you've done what you've done but looking at the coaching side you might be doing worse.
Why trade for Mitch Richmond one of the games best outisde shooters and you run a fast tempo inside?
Looking at your team and depth chart I have to say one thing. Either pick fast and normal or run slow and inside but can't do both. I'd say run slow and inside because obviously your team can't handle the extra possessions defensively and your leading the league in FT% and FTA which is awesome. Then you have to consider options and then getting your bench guys minutes. I'd try and play Danilovic just for the pure fact you want him to have some type of trade value.
These are things you need to think about and figure out.

Again, don't have the luxury and I have future first round picks left. And again, I did not want to rely on free agency and I wanted to go for it all. And I wouldn't have made the moves I did if I could have stayed on for another season. I have other picks left but as it's funny you critiqued me in terms of letting go of the Pistons pick when that was exactly what you critiqued when I first got Tisdale, when the two came together. It seems you have a one track mind and that is to be as pessimistic as possible. So either you admit you were wrong on the Tisdale trade and I was right or you can stop posting in this thread. My defense isn't good enough to play a slow inside and I don't have any real shot blockers. The reason I didn't play well last sim had nothing to do with my DC but it was because of an injury, which you probably didn't notice because if it was a fair critique it would have been brought up by you. But obviously you conveniently missed that. Same for you, but as I said, you can be my ast. if you want to. Send me a pm of a DC and if it is good, I'll use it next sim. |

I've said before Tisdale deal wasn't that bad. I just really thought the Richmond deal was pretty poor. Actually it wasn't, not sure if you are aware but Tsidale went up in TC and I always have the option of buying out Predrag in a few seasons. Tisdale wasn't a bad get in terms of value as I think you could sell Tisdale more than you got him for. |

I've picked apart every stupid thing you said and considering at preseason you mentioned getting Tisdale was bad, you've flip-flopped only recently and I have no plan of being hard cap bound and me being under .500 was due to an injury. You can't have it both ways and you're attempting to do so. Considering you were just asking me to be an assistant and wanting to give a hand in DC help when you couldn't refute your silly idea of playing slow when my defense wasn't good just proves you know absolutely nothing. You change your mind more often than a girl on PMS. |

I could fix your team in under 30 min and put you top 4 within the conference. Your team isn't terrible, you need a few pieces, and some DC tweaks.
