Strengths: Tim Thomas has great versatility, his length and speed allow him to play 3 different positions. Has a solid offensive game. Can hit from long range and mid-range. Has the speed and the agility to get to the basket. Solid offensive rebounder.
Weaknesses: Very inconsistent. Some question his motivation to get better. This does not translate well defensively where he falls asleep sometimes.
Final Notes: No one doubts Tim Thomas' ability. If he shows the motivation to get better he can become one of the steals of the draft. A sure fire top 10-15 pick.
