You may not raise a player's specific rating above 85 via article or IT. This doesn't apply to Playoff Predictions, Post Pad +s, and special requests.
Ex.1: You earn +4 for an article. You choose to apply it to Player X's Inside Scoring. Player X currently has an Inside Scoring rating of 89. I'll tell you he's 85 or over and you'll have to choose a different category.
Ex.2: You earn +4 for an article. You choose to apply it to Player X's Inside Scoring. Player X currently has an Inside Scoring rating of 83. I'll boost him to 85 then apply the remaining 2 points to another category I see most beneficial.
