Strengths: Has great court vision and has the ability to find any player on the court. Is arguably the best passer in the country and is ready to work his magic in the league. Williams has a nice jumper and when he's hot, he can't miss, but it's very inconsistent at the moment. Right now, his repertoire is filled with amazing passes so don't expect him to be a very good scorer in the league that will drop 15-20 on a team at a daily basis. Weaknesses: The biggest knock on his game is the lack of a true offensive game in terms of scoring ability. He's got a decent outside shot but that needs a lot of work and don't expect him to be a player that will drive it and finish strong. He's also turnover prone so watch out for that misleading handles rating. On top of that, he's not a very good man-to-man defender. Scout's Take: Williams has developed into one of the best passers in the nation and he hopes to take that to the next level. The only downfall to his game is the fact that he is purely one dimensional and is focused on finding his teammates at the moment. Williams has a lot of room to grow so somewhere down the line, he could be the offensive general and lead a team far in the playoffs. Ratings: Jason Williams PG 6'1'' 190 22 C B- A- C+ D+ A

If his defense develops he could be the prototypical PG all teams love.

Loved Williams when he was with the Kings. Very skilled passer but very erratic play. He really developed nicely in Memphis.
