Heat Acquire: Jeff Hornacek
Clippers Acquire: Drazen Petrovic & Popeye Jones
I know I'm losing a bit in the talent department but I need to start moving some of these older players with longer deals. I also have been wanting to put Rose back into the lineup and adding a PG in Hornacek accomplishes that goal as well.

I get a SG that can really help me more then Jones is doing for me now. Plus Hornacek wasn't playing too great with how I was using him.

They need better post guys. They are low in rpg and bpg. 4 guys have more bpg than the whole Clippers' team.

Not sure I get this from the Heat perspective unless it was purely a salary dump. Also the position that crazymike was in I'm suprised the Heat didn't score a first.
