Brevin Knight Eric Montross Vet FA Vet FA Bulls 99 1st Bulls 99 2nd
for
Robert Horry Ervin Johnson.
I don't know who the vet FAs are, Tiger can figure that out. I'll be cutting Otis Smith and Sean Marks if I need to.
But yeah, I accept, Horry's contract sucks, get a first as well as Knight, who I do like.

Horry's on a three year deal which isn't a problem for me at all. Knight doesn't get to play in Chicago with Preira and Rodriguez ahead of him so he's wasted. Montross is only a backup who we could survive without as we have Battie and Williams too, while Horry's numbers have increased surprisingly, so much so he averages better numbers than my third option Chuck Person! We run am outside offense so Bog Shot Bob should fit in well, while he has more defensive skills than Person too. Will probably start Horry to see how he does, and have Chuck back up as an explosive scorer off the bench. Also that pick I gave up will hopefully be a terrible one so not too worried there. Nice dealin' Chipper. Pretty much one PM each way and done.

FA's don't matter by the way, as long as they make 1mil each.

Oh and also, we get Johnson in this deal who isn't great, but replaces Montross as one of our backup bigs.
I'm pleasantly surprised with Horry's production by the way:
15.5ppg, 7.3rpg, 3.2apg, 1.0spg, 0.9bpg
Decent addition to the team IMO.

I think it's pretty fair both ways. He gets something for someone he has no use for and I get the same.

As much as I shit on Horry last season saying he wasn't worth 2 firsts(which I still believe he's not worth that). He did play pretty well for ATL this season and they were winning so that says something to me. Horry is a winner! go figure lol

Horry damn sure IS a winner! Biggest winner in the NBA right now, no reason why he shouldn't come to Chicago and help us win a damn ring!
