Strengths:[/u] Augmon is an excellent defender. He was a three-time NABC Defensive Player of the Year. The "Plastic Man" has great defensive footwork, hands, and timing. He is capable finishing around the rim, and has a solid jump shot. He is an average rebounder. He has subpar court vision, but knows how to take care of the ball. Definitely a high IQ player.
Weaknesses:[/u] No 3P range whatsoever. Not a very good playmaker on the offensive end.
Scout's Take:[/u] Will probably be a member of a few All-Defensive Teams in his future career. Look for him to max out at 12-15 PPG in his prime, but has the tools to lead a defense. Should go somewhere between #4 and #8. Rumor has it that he really wants to play with UNLV teammate, Larry Johnson, at the next level, whatever that means.
