I seriously got 5 to 10 minutes to post agree.
He asks what I want, I say what, and leave because of work, come back 10 minutes later and and I get a pm with just a link to that.

Well if we want to be technical a legal binding contract has to have two things. Offer and Acceptance.
If Mops offered and Martinez accepted and posted then it should be binding.

Eh, I disagree with that. By that logic any offer you send out can automatically be accepted and posted up? Never. You offer up, if the other party wants to accept they tell you and having made the offer you get the chance to actually go for it or not. What if you offer the same players up in other deals to different GM's. You're waiting for a response before you pull the trigger. Unless you say, here's my offer, post it up if you agree, you really shouldn't be posting it up. If the person posts it up though with both parties agree, then it's a real dick move to back out of it. What happens via PM or IM is still trade talk, not a binding offer. |

He didn't make the offer I did. It's a lie he was still on when I mad the thread and then he left. I ended up getting a better offer this deal wasn't significant anyways he was get phillya first next season which I'm sure we all can agree will be terrible
