Pierce + Miner = 20,491,564
Terry + Cap space (16,139,569 on roster page) = 19,013,634.00
15% rule does not count with teams with cap meaning that the 19 odd mil isn't enough. Every time you add a vet FA, it eats the cap meaning it's useless.
