Accept. Sucks to give up a first, however, Spencer fits the immediate need of a big that can block shots and rebound at PF hopefully. Hart was just a filler, though he had a decent pre.
Nash/Wagner/SAR/Spencer/Kandi.
Amazingly I kept Wagner through all this...

Spencer was top 10 in rebounds and blocks last year. That was his re-signing offer. He'd have gotten an MLE from me had he hit the market.
