Why is Chris even rebuilding? Why not try again with Kidd and Dirk and wait for you to have your own picks? Then you can just trade Dirk and Kidd without the need to get your own picks back? because i've had kidd and irk for the past 3 seasons and haven't done anything.. it's impossible to trade for players to build around.. getting guys like ricky davis and kemp did nothing for my team.. i never once made it to the finals.. love this deal for me. |

im glad you deciphere that from aguy whos only been in the league for 3 seasons and is still on his rookie contract.. like i said look at dirks numbers in la and after a few tcs and rcs look what he became enough said stfu

Meh, I actually don't like this deal for either team lol. I think the Kings should've stuck with Kidd and Dirk who are one of the top duos out there, and still tried to compete. They should've been able to add a couple of other pieces to the puzzle and put together a strong contender our West. Then the player they get back is Wags, who just has pretty ratings, but for sim reason never sims well. Who knows, maybe he will in Sacramento... just not much of a sure thing at all imo.
Meanwhile, I just don't get the direction that Utah's going in now. They're not going to compete, and I wouldn't be surprised if Dirk and Kemp (although he sucks now, I can see him performing pretty well forthe Jazz) would get them out of the lotto and into the playoffs since the West is still pretty weak - only one team got more than 50 wins this year. A low seed leading to a 1st round exit, and nothing useful to come out of poor draft picks... I dunno, just don't like it, team seems like it'll be in limbo.
So yah... don't like this for both teams lol.

what makes people assume I'd be able to find talent to surround Kidd and Dirk when I have been trying to do so for the past 3 seasons?
Kemp's contract and performance were awful and he'd be impossible to deal.
I don't care what anyone says Wagner will be fine, he's 20 years old for Christ sake... I get 3 future Utah picks which I think can end up being good.. have plenty of cap space and if I re-sign Kidd can trade him for even more stuff.
